STUDENT EXPECTATIONS
Welcome to CIMS! As we embark on a new academic year, we want to ensure that all students are aware of the expectations we have in place to create a positive and productive learning environment. Here are the guidelines we ask all students to follow:
- Timely Arrival and Scanning: We value punctuality as it sets the tone for a successful day of learning. Students whose first class starts at 8:20 a.m. are expected to arrive at school by 7:45 a.m. to get through scanning. As part of our safety protocols, we require everyone to go through scanning in the cafeteria before heading to their classes.
- Electronic Device Policy: To minimize distractions and promote focused learning, we have a strict electronic device policy. Students are required to turn in all electronic devices upon entering the school premises. This includes cell phones, AirPods, wireless earbuds, wireless headphones, laptops, iPads, smartwatches, and tablets. Your cooperation in adhering to this policy is greatly appreciated.
